B.Tech./B.Sc Food Sc/Ind. Eng;N.D./Adv.Dip.Quality Mngt/Health & Safety Mngt;ISO 45001;ISO 9001; ISO 14001;SEDEX;Comp.Lit; 4+ years exp.Quality Assurance in food/chemical manufacturing. Must be goal driven/able to multi-task/display attention to detail/strong report writing skills. Must ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) and SEDEX requirements are effectively implemented/maintained across quality/ health and safety/environmental/ethical standards of flavours/fragrances/emulsions for food/beverages/ personal/household care products. Must implement/train staff/maintain/ensure docs control/audit/drive CI/ report writing of IMS/ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ SEDEX systems/Risk Assessments (HIRA/Impact/ Aspect/Quality risk and opportunities).Ensure ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/SEDEX systems matters are verified/trained/communicated/upheld by all staff/functional environments.Improve IMS culture (OHS, Quality/Environmental).Maintain/ensure compliance with all quality standards for certification including ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/SEDEX systems.Manage IMS monitoring/measuring/verification/validation activities (including monthly inspection checks/PPE inspections/spillage records).Manage Maintenance activities/documentation. Document/investigate/close out ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/SEDEX NCRs. Ensure IMS/SEDEX SOP's/policies/procedures are reviewed/updated as required/annually while coordinating relevant activities.Assist with legal compliance of the business by forming part of the legal compliance team.Implement the required standards/legislative regulations re.disposal of raw materials/ chemicals/waste.Conduct external clients/supplier/service provider audits/advise on approval of new suppliers/service providers/supplier/service ratings. Manage the SHE Team/Forklift Drivers/First Aiders/Fire Fighters/Incident Investigators/Spill Controllers/practices in the business.Compile/maintain QA/Change Management documents/reports/ensure document control across the business.
